5. After selecting your preferred face, click on the Order Now link near that face. This will bring you to the ‘Order Checkout – Disclaimer’ Page. This disclaimer outlines the legal information regarding your new relationship. Thoroughly read the disclaimer and select I Agree once you have finished.

6. The next page is the ‘Order Checkout – Affiliate Info’ Page. This page requests information about the individual or company. Once ALL sections with asterisks are filled-in, click "Continue".
