is not accepted. The easiest way to make your payment is using

Checkout – Billing/Payment Type Information’ Page.
If your information is the same as that entered in Step 6,
do not fill in your info again: simply check the specified
box. You will be prompted for the relevant billing info required
by the type of payment you selected. You may choose to proceed
from here, or go back to change the billing type.
9. Proceeding from step 8 will bring you to
the ‘Order Checkout – Confirmation’ Page.
Your invoice ID #, which can be used reference when talking
to our representatives, will be printed out on this page. As
you are viewing your invoice ID, an email containing the following
information is being sent to the address you specified:
a. Login

be used to access the administration section of your
website
b. Invoice & Terms of Agreement – contains
information on your purchase as well as the information
in the Disclaimer section (Step 1). This must be printed,
SIGNED, and faxed to us at (toll free) 1-866-793-2987.
